I enjoyed doing business with Crown Nissan. Gary, my service advisor, went above and beyond, to make sure the work, I had done to my Nissan Maxima, was taken care of in a through and timely manner. Everyone was friendly and professional. I look forward to doing business there in future.
Always an excellent experience to have my car serviced here. Great used car manager there as well! Kevin bends over backward to help every customer get the car they want if at all possible.
I rated Crown Nissan of Greenville 4 stars because of they’re lack of communication. Had I not walked up to the counter to ask a question, I would’ve been sitting in the lobby an additional 30 minutes since that’s when the “your vehicle is ready” text came through. Buuuutttt they did an excellent job on my vehicle. So thank you Nissan of Greenville.
