I rated Crown Nissan of Greenville 4 stars because of they’re lack of communication. Had I not walked up to the counter to ask a question, I would’ve been sitting in the lobby an additional 30 minutes since that’s when the “your vehicle is ready” text came through. Buuuutttt they did an excellent job on my vehicle. So thank you Nissan of Greenville.
I own a 2011 Nissan Frontier SL and I purposefully bring it to Crown Nissan Service. I had a good purchasing experience here and I have been treated extraordinarily over the years. 228k miles and going strong!
