From the reviews I thought I would give this shop a try and save a little on my routine maintenance versus going to my dealership. Instead, I was over quoted for parts on a few issues by double the parts cost, and when I decided to just pay for my oil change and tire rotation they tacked on an additional $8.70 for “fees”. They charge a $1.25 fee for “oil disposal” and never listed what the additional fee was for, when I asked I was told it was for things like rags and cleaning supplies used, but there was no record of what was used provided to me and when I pushed about it was told rudely that “it’s standard practice” (when it isn’t, I have never encountered this in all the years I’ve been having cars serviced by multiple mechanics). Overall, did not save any by coming here versus my dealer where I know at least they’re honest about every charge, not make me pay for something that is covered in their overhead or written off on their business taxes as an operating expense, and how much
