I was accommodated with the mechanic of my choice and he went above and beyond on my "problem child" of a car. Not sure I could have found such good work anywhere else, independent garage or dealership. I wish they were closer to where I live to make leaving the car with them more convenient so I wouldn't have to come from KY! Yes, they are that good. Service: Electrical
It was a tremendous experience. Very easy tho schedule my service and my service advisorJames Rohrer met me as I pulled into the service dr. He was very helpful and when I got ready to leave he helped me put my new floor mats in the car. He is a credit to Century BMW.
