Caliber Collision

My experience with Caliber Collision on Woodruff Rd was great from start to finish thanks to Amber. She was very professional and kept me well informed from the beginning to the end of the process. My vehicle had hail damage. They did an outstanding job! On the other hand, my wife's experience was not so great with her vehicle because of the individual handling her process, Scott. We should have taken the advice from the reviews about Scott. My wife did not receive one phone call from him. My wife was following instructions to wait and Scott would call her for updates. She waited and waited, when she called her vehicle was ready for a week. Now, she is waiting to find out the outcome with the rental car situation. Caliber Collision provides great customer service but do not let Scott ruin your experience ask for Amber. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The repair work I received at Caliber was high-quality, but their customer service, efficiency, transparency, and communication were unexpectedly terrible. Their disorganization resulted in repairs that ran two weeks past due, and hundreds of dollars in excess rental fees while I checked in every day to hear my car would “be ready tomorrow” before having to go to the facility physically watch them complete the work. I’m amazed and disappointed that, after reviewing and being asked to contact Caliber directly to talk further about my issues, that no effort was made on the part of Caliber Collision to reach out to me or address and/or correct my issues at all. If anything could have made me feel any worse about my experiences, it’s the fact that it does not seem to be an isolated incident. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a simple bumper repair. I was without my vehicle for 35 days...my insurance covered a 30 day rental car. On day 30, I went to the shop and was informed by a Caliber employee that my car would be done by the end of that day (a Friday.) So I returned my rental car to Enterprise. My car was not done until 5 days after that. The day my car was complete, I was informed they had lost my license plates...I was at the DMV getting new ones when they called and said they found them.The whole experience was wierd and disorganized. Also Caliber argues with you about the amount of time they have your car... They don't include weekends. Apparently we don't use our vehicles on weekends...
