Walmart Auto Care Centers

Ordered tires, set an appointment. Took 2 hours to change 4 tires. Not a busy day. I was expecting about an hour. Was told by associate later that it takes them 30 mins a tire. If it has been a busy day I would have been a little more understanding but, it wasn't. Service: Tires

I had a warranty on my battery. I bought it in and I waited 2 hours. Why Norm the supervisor sat on his butt doing inventory with one of the mechanics. They have 1 person working. And all they had to do is replace the battery that I have a warranty on. The service guy at the desk was rude! I ask for Norm boss and he came right .they put the car in and left it... horrible service. Glad it's not my car.

A friend of mine accidentally hit the cement water drain with her tire in front of our home with their rental car. The tire was sliced a little bit however, rather than purchasing a new tire, they quickly rotated the front tire to the back, made a quick fix and she able to make it home with much ease. Whom ever we spoke to have is immaculate customer service. Can’t thank you enough!!
