Precision Collision Auto Body

I am very disappointed in the customer service. I took my car there on December 6th to have the bumper painted and was told it would take a few days which was great! It is now January 12th and still no bumper. I finally got it back after New Year's and the painter installed the bumper and the paint did not match. They acted irritated when I told them I wanted it fixed. He removed the bumper again and they still have it. I was told two weeks ago it would be ready and it still is not. Just frustrated with the communication and not following through with what they are telling me. The painted should have noticed the color difference before the bumper was installed and been honest about it. It would have saved him time in the long run and mine as well.

Jennifer and Jonny were very flexible handling both the vandalism to my daughter’s vehicle and the damage of a hit and run three weeks later. It was an overwhelming time dealing with the insurance company and the court system but they were so accommodating. They gave us an amazing price resulting in quality work. We will definitely use them again.

Can't say much as I always pass through omw to the barber upstairs and behind the shop. They seem to always have a steady stream of clients and are always diligently working on multiple vehicles simultaneously.
