Needed the alternator replaced. They won't even look at the vehicle unless you agree to an $80.00 vehicle inspection which I didn't really want. Also I made it clear to not roll down the drivers window which of course they must have but would not take responsibility for it, so now I need to spend even more money to fix it, in the mean time my window is stuck open. They are also very expensive. As the saying goes, buyer beware. Service: Electrical repair

After my recent trip to Woodie's I don't think I'll ever take my car elsewhere again. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. I was especially impressed with the text I received outlining everything they inspected on my vehicle, current condition, AND photos where relevant. I went in for a replacement tire and the inspection revealed I should replace my battery. The text had an image of the readout of the batteries current readings and when I called to ask for more information, they answered all of my questions. I've never received that level of information and transparency from a repair shop. Plus you can send them texts if you have questions! No need to pick up the phone. I had an appointment at the Matthews location and was greeted promptly. The routine maintenance was performed quickly and included 28 point inspection. There was no pressure to do additional or unnecessary work. It is a clean, busy, professional operation with reasonable prices. This was my first visit and I'll be back.
