Goodyear Auto Service

I have visited this location a few times, and am always happy with the service. Most recently I got that famous low tire warning and stopped by this Goodyear location in Fort Mill towards the end of the day. Ryan the customer service advisor was great. He let me know that the techs had gone for the day, but he filled my tire with air and told me to return the next morning. Following morning, both Ryan and the store Manager Bob, got me in and out within 45 minutes of me being there. My tire is all repaired, and because of this consistent service, I will recommend this location and continue to be a loyal customer. Always a good experience when I come to this Goodyear location...thanks to Ryan and Bob for making it a seamless experience.

Every time I have gone, they either cannot give me a definite answer or seem to add something onto what they have previously said. I was told that I could not get work done on my car because they were not able to find out where another shop got the parts from. After contacting customer service, I was told that did not matter and they should’ve been able to complete the work with no problem. Good customer service was not provided and I did not have a satisfactory experience. I will NEVER go there again nor will I recommend anyone to go there.

Lawrence, Ryan, & the rest of the staff welcomed us with such warmth. They helped us with various issues & were completely transparent with any & all issues we had with our car. We are going to be coming here for every single thing we need for the car. Thank you so much!!
