After being in a wreck I let them know my financial situation as I could only afford a rental for about 3 weeks. Not only did they hit that deadline but the car was in pristine condition when they finished. Highly recommend this caliber. Very professional and fast!! Due to an MVC that was no fault of my own, I landed at Caliber collision for bumper repair and some paint/light repair. Brandon did a great job keeping me informed during the process. The repair work due to manufacturing backorder and delay with the bumper caused the project to take close to a month but once the bumper came in the team got my car ready in about 24 hrs. I would recommend their team. Pack patience due to back orders on auto body parts. Also, I didn’t know this but whether an auto accident is your fault or not, insurance companies are more commonly requiring you to pay for your own rental car OOP and submit for reimbursement (Allstate). This is a lame policy. Has nothing to do with repair shops though. Service: Body & Trim
