They did a lot of work. Can't even tell the new panels from the rest.

Appearances can be deceiving. The simple exterior belies a good and honest shop within. Have used several times. Professional and courteous. Reasonable and only replace it repair what's needed. On par with many others but I trust them to get it done and get it right

First visit: I went to a different auto body here in bluffton and had an absolutely horrible experience. This place is definitely not like that one, Joey and his staff have been absolutely amazing and helpful. This will be my go to place from now on. Second visit: I called to see if I could bring my car in and the lady said that they are pretty booked up, but I could bring my car by and they could look at it. Further into the discussion she said it sounded like my car would have to be towed into the shop and they aren't taking tow-ins. I told her my car was perfectly drivable and that I could come by anytime, but she insisted that I was wrong and that the car would have to be towed so I DROVE my car to a different shop. I guess how good the guys are depends on the day and how the staff is feeling.
