Had an issue while I was driving and needed to find a place asap to look at my truck. I use it everyday for work, so having the truck out of commission for any amount of time creates big issues. Despite saying it may take a few days to look at it due to the high number of vehicles, I received a call same day about the issue. A few days later it was repaired and back on the road. They were friendly but definitely a rip off. I went in to do an inspection because I had gone to the dealer and they gave me a lengthy list of things to do with my car. I knew I needed brakes but I didn't trust everything on the list. when they called me back, they gave me a quote higher than the dealer so I decided not to get it done with them. They still charged me $60 for doing nothing to my car. I was told they would inspect it before doing any work and no fee was ever mentioned for inspection. I went to firestone where they charged me $10 to inspect, $200 less on the brakes, and they also diagnosed my car with needing wheel bearings which both the dealer and mechanic did not catch.
