One of their drivers almost clipped the front end of my car last friday. I called and reported it. A gentleman answered I explained what had happen and the guy on the phone asked well did he hit you ? If I needed road side assistance I would never use them just my thoughts
I had work done on my car about 4 years ago after being rear-ended and am still finding corners that were cut, used parts instead of new and shoddy workmanship. The latest thing discovered is the spoiler that has come loose. Apparently it was not replaced but putty was used to stick it to the car. Clips were broken and not out will cost me another $500 to fix this correctly. They sure had no problem charging my insurance for all the supposed new parts and time. Don’t use them even if you get hit right in front of the place. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
