While looking for a car center after moving to Pittsburgh, I'm really glad I finally found a place with good service and a good price. I entrusted it to Justin, who was a professional and cared about it until the end, so I was very satisfied. I'm so glad I don't have to go through the trouble of finding a car center anymore. In the future, I plan to do inspections here as well. Services: Brakes, Oil change

After going to a big chain store for my PA inspection it was discovered my car had an engine oil leak, needed new motors mounts and a few easier fixes, but their quote was ridiculously high. I called around and eventually talked to Justin at Pons. He was able to talk me through a quick quote and assure me the parts I needed weren't as expensive as this other place claimed. Once he got my car he gave me a more comprehensive quote and determined I didn't even need as many things fixed either. The turn around time for the work he did was much faster than expected. I really appreciated his prompt communication, honesty, expertise and customer service. I was happier supporting a local, family owned business where it's clear they care about their costumers and I wouldn't hesitate to come back if my car needs more work in the future.

My wife was on her way home from the hospital after her first day back to work from maternity leave when she hit a pothole and blew the brand new tire we had just replaced. I was gearing up to load the kids in the car to come and change her tire when the owner of the garage happened to see her predicament as he was closing up. Out of the kindness in his heart he changed her tire for her. There’s still good people left in the world and this garage is owned by one of them!
