Penn Automotive

My 2015 Lexus RX 350 needed collision repair. The Penn Automotive was recommended by my friend. The vehicle repair assessment was performed the next day as promised. Following the assessment, I was informed by the shop owner that the repair will take more time then usual due to replacement part extended delivery times across the country and will take 3-4 weeks. The repair took 3 weeks as promised, which was very satisfactory. The repair looks and feels good. All the panels are aligned and the new sheet metal color matches the rest of the car. Car drives as expected and overall experience was not stressful and I would say even as a pleasant . Great work guys , keep doing what are you doing !

Went for a simple wheel alignment and they say there is all these problems with my car but it’s 88 dollars an hour to look at my vehicle. The man continued to ask how old my car is and How much mileage I had on it and I told him it was new and he reply saying a 2012 jeep? Technically it is an older vehicle but it has low mileage only 70,000 and it was nearly driven so to me it was new and I’ve had it checked before purchase and so yes to me it new…and why ask me the mileage if you had the car in the shop with you? But Fine if that is their price your asking..whatever. but what got me was the fact that I parked my car on the street in front of their little lot and the little woman said it was okay to park there…obviously after they told me it be like a 1000 dollars to look at my vehicle then I declined their service and was on my way to pick up my car… I get to the shop and my car is across the street in a kfc parking lot… of course it would make sense to park there if there were many c

Very honest guy, and he give honest advise when you estimate the repair cost. I really like the honesty and trust which really rare in other shops. Many shops quote me few grants and never really talk to you give you advise. Joel is really good, highly recommend. I estimated in his shop twice. As always, honest guy with integrity.
