Jerry and his team have gone above and beyond the call. Jerry is more than a mechanic, he is an advocate for car owners. He fought with my warranty company to ensure a new (refurbished) engine would be 100% covered. He gives sound advice on the care, maintenance, buying and selling of all cars. His team, including Chris, and others have shown that they truly care about the customer. Jerry takes the time to explain things to me and has been my fiercest ally this Fall. Good people—that’s all you need to know.
Very dissaponted in the service provided new owner. Brought my vehicle in for brake service ( pedal to the flr), they found brake lines in need of replacing. Line found still damaged ( pedal to the flr, brake reservoir very low) post repair and pay. I was quoted cost again for line and labor. They denied any wrong doing. Will never do business with them again. Service: Brakes
