Excellent! It’s been very hard to find a shop we trust to work on our luxury brand car. My Porsche Cayenne was serviced with Glenwood and I’m very happy with the outcome. I brought my car in the day before I was about to leave on a long trip, thinking my car just needed an oil change and tire pressure checked. It turns out that there were some safety issues that needed to be addressed, and it was going to be a bigger job than originally expected. As a customer, I received full communication, honesty about what was going on with my car, and a fair quote on the price. Not only that, but he made sure the job was complete before I left for my trip even though I came in last minute. Rec'd 5 star service both times I have taken my car here from Ken, Adrian and the team. This time it was a door panel for my C300. Ken went over & above the call of duty looking for one for me and installed it at a very fair price. Previously, they did a B service for me again at a very reasonable price. The issues I should look at were explained to me in laymen's terms and he was clear to point out which s/b addressed now and which could wait. I just wish I had gone to this shop sooner.
