Mavis Discount Tire

My wife came in for a TPS light. Previously had a tire plugged. 50,000 miles on tires, they checked it and confirmed it was serviceable. They did not try to up-sell. Very honest. Shawn the Location Manager very friendly and professional. My wife felt very comfortable. In a tough business, they did a great job in keeping a customer! GREAT JOB to Shawn and his team!!

Quick service & very trustworthy. My visit was on 12/23. Wasn’t greeted when I walked into the waiting room. But I can say everything after that, is the reason I will be back. Shawn approached and asked if I’ve been helped yet. Had my car in the bay within 5 mins of our conversation. Josh was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into what needed to be done & was able to get it fixed very quickly. I would trust them with any future repairs, I would not take my car anywhere else.

The MAVIS Team at Langhorne, PA (October 2023 & January 2024) as well as Pooler, GA (June 2023)have been exceptional with the car care that I have been receiving. Their professionalism, customer service, ability to explain the needed repairs and friendly attitude definitely has made the process smoother. I watched them assist all customers with the willingness to help that day along with if an appointment was needed especially during a holiday weekend. Thank You too both locations.
