Pep Boys

Big no for me. I’ve taken my car for smaller jobs there a few times over the years, mostly tire related. Last time it was a slightly bigger job, swap tires and sensors onto new rims. Now I need two new tires, new sensor and they transferred the old stems to the new rims. Not only that they’re also making me wait a few days for an appointment. No wonder people don’t come to Pep boys anymore. Do better

The Pep Boys had very nice promotion on the black Friday so I decided to get new tires for my Lexus 2019. so I drop my car on Friday morning and they supposed to install four brand new tires of Michelin brand after that supposed to do balance and alignment. so after I picked up my car afternoon I found a lot of scratches on my rims and the steering wheel was very loose like never before , when I was driving home and the speed was over 65 miles, The car was shaking inside like a dump truck on the rocks. next morning, which is Saturday I went back to the shop and told them and they said we don’t have enough people for today and for Sunday bring your car on Monday and we will see. after I come back home I check the reviews of that store and I was very impressed. How many peoples Got bad service on that shop and I didn’t want to bring my car one more time to get many more scratches and unprofessional service so I went to the official Lexus dealer paid another $250 for the balancing and a

Ladies, be careful if you go by yourself. I had a headlight out, had the replacement bulb and they said they would change it but it's complicated so it would cost $265. I said no then had a friend change it for me, it took 5 mins to fix! I'm so glad I didn't pay them to do it. Won't go back here again.
