Took my car there for an inspection and they failed it indicating the wiper blades were streaking…it rained earlier that day and I know they were good but I had no choice but to replace. When I asked if I can run next door to AdvanceAuto I was told that if I did that, then they would need to pull the car out of the garage and I would have to pay a new re-inspection fee. I get back from my walk while I waited and guy tells me they don’t have them, and that I need to go next door to AdvanceAuto to buy them myself. I ask if they are going to knock off the cost and he said sure…of the $11 per blade they would charge!! I go next door, wrong item was sold. They send me back. Nothing taken off for my headache, when the right way would have been to put it on their account and they go get the blades which they were lying about in the first place. Man also said my air filter hasn’t been changed in YEARS, and I should have had my receipts from my last oil change where I did. Man remarked
