Mike, the service manager, was very friendly and helpful. He explained all of different options and which ones were best for us. Once we decided which services required immediate attention and which ones could wait, the car was then taken in by Tyler. Tyler was able to complete the repairs a lot quicker than what was estimated. The whole experience was very stress free felt comfortable in their recommendations. Would absolutely take our car back if and when they need fixed.
Walked in the door late for work because of a leak in my tire. The young man at the front desk took it in immediately, fixed it and I was out of there in 15 minutes, maybe less. Excellent service will definitely come back.
Customer service was exceptional, were able to help me immediately with a tire and wheel issue. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend this Mavis shop.
