I was in an accident where my passenger side bumper was damaged by the driver at fault. Their insurance only wanted to cover the cost of repairing half a bumper since there was preexisting damage on the driver side. Caliber argued on my behalf to get the full bumper repaired and have their insurance cover it. My car looks great and am totally satisfied with their work.
