I have these guys do an engine replacement for me, and they did an incredible job. I now have them work on my other vehicles and send them all the business I can. It has been hard for me to find a mechanic I trust, but thankfully, my search is over. Thanks so much!
I have taken my Toyota Highlander to Toy Doctor a few times when "big" things needed attention. Most recently, both the check engine light and VSC light came on and were blinking while driving on the freeway and the car began to shake. I Googled the "symptoms" and I thought for sure this was the end for my 2004 Highlander. I had it towed to Toy Doctor and got the estimate. It wasn't good news - the full repair would be more than the KBB value of the car and I don't have that kind of money. However, the guys came up with a solution that wouldn't take care of EVERYTHING that needed to be done, but would get me back safely on the road for about half the cost. I went with this option since I need a car and can't afford to replace it. This was about 6 months ago. I am happy to say that my Highlander has been running great! Great value for Lexus service. We've been taking my wife's 2012 Lexus ES 350 to the dealer for service since we bought it in 2013. We took it to Toy Doctor this time and they did exactly the same service as the dealer would have done for half the cost. Very professional operation.
