Chris was extremely rude. Two broken cars back from him and he tells us he’s doing us a favor. Bring your father here because he will get confrontational if you don’t have a big old man with you. Cute dog though.
We've brought several different cars to Chris and the team at Paragon over the years and the service is consistently excellent. The work is thorough and we are always kept informed on progress with no surprises. He takes the time to explain issues with as little or as much detail as you'd like, which really earns trust in my opinion.
Leave your anxieties about car repair behind. This place is fantastic. Chris and his team are no-nonsense and very competitively priced. Chris prioritizes what repairs your car needs and gives you options on repairs that can wait. I gave up on Quick-lube places years ago, and have also given up on dealerships for repairs and regular service. At Paragon you will save time and money, but best of all you will feel a personalized service that you don't experience at dealerships. 5 stars!
