Excellent experience. I got three bids for my flywheel repair and he was $800 less expensive than the other two shops. He is honest and his rates and hours charged are fair and transparent. He is a great communicator and broke down the job and other possible issues that might need attention in the future. About 1.5 years ago I brought my truck in to fix a leaky front differential. I called several shops in the area and Family Auto Repair was the least expensive quote I got. Furthermore one of the shops told me "he's new and probably won't last there"; well it looks like this businesses lasted just fine and so have the repairs they've done to my truck. I just went and inspected the front differential and there's still not a drop of oil to be seen. In fact the housing around it is spotless, very clean. I'm so glad I went here and I'll most likely be bringing my other vehicle in again soon for another issue. I would absolutely call this a trustable shop. Service: General repairs & maintenance
