The ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! From the wonderful woman at the front counter, kind, so knowledgeable and confident in helping me, to the tire tech Brian! He met with me, went over his recommendations. We agreed on the service and tire needed and I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time. I did not have an appointment but they fit me in so quickly. So grateful! All the way around, including a super clean store with hot coffee! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tire center. I don't enjoy taking part in any chores or appointments related to vehicles, and I usually dislike my experiences at any Les Schwab. However, this particular tire center has excellent customer service. My battery died and they were able to get me in day of despite long waits (and the wait was shorter than most of the other local centers). They were personable when my partner called ahead to check if they would be able to take us in. What made my day was the customer service here. All of the employees that we came across were friendly and personable, willing to help and give advice on how to take care of the car.

Really appreciate the service I got at this Les Schwab today. I needed my winter tires on for a long trip over the mountains this weekend and got my appointment times messed up (wrong week). They were super friendly, still got my tires rotated on in under 45 minutes as a drop-in, and double checked on the services needed to make sure it was done right. On a holiday weekend no less. I have other options closer to home, but I will be coming here again ????
