This is my second visit to the Tigard location. They had my info pulled up and ready to proceed before I even came to a stop in the bay. Excellent communicators, faster than an Indy 500 pit crew, and showed me how to reset my oil change light. Great team, and $10 less than the dealership oil change. I'll be back!
I’ve been coming here for months to get services for my cars. Any preventative maintenance cares I get it done with these guys, always so professional, eager and informative of things they notice I would need or they’d recommended I get done, I always take into consideration. First visit to Fast Lane yesterday was a positive experience. Pulled right up, no wait, greeted me at the car and gave me a rundown of the basic service and needs for my vehicle. went inside to the nicely appointed waiting room, grabbed a mocha from the machine (free) and sat down. I had just finished drinking when they came in and said my truck was done. Easy, quick, and reasonable price.
