Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have had my Firestone line of credit for over 5 years, within that time my husband and I and my mother have been to multiple Firestone locations across multiple states with varying levels of Satisfaction, typically 3.5 stars or less however, after visiting the Tigard location I'd rate them 7 stars if possible. Our technician, Billy, is a professional through and through. In my past experiences with Firestone if my husband is not present they have a tendency to upsell unnecessary items. This time, I went to check in while my husband parked the car and I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect. Billy listened to my questions/concerns in their entirety, not cutting me off or assuming he knew what I was going to ask and not only answered with professionalisim and respect but in a way that I could understand without making me feel like a toddler. Had my car serviced elsewhere this weekend for scheduled brakes, found out by the different shop that my brakes were done wrong and I was lucky that the car never failed. Brake pads were worn unevenly due to bone dry brake caliper pins and the pads were cheap high metal-ceramic pads. I had paid $800 for the whole brakes, brand new pads and rotors plus 5 hours of the car lifted with this Firestone location. New mechanic showed me the pads and all pads were unevenly worn out. The fronts were doing practically all of the work, and one was apparently stuck to the rotor and was close to the metal backing. Never coming back here. If any one of you have issues with service here and they don't fix it, contact corporate.

Went there for an alignment and oil change. They charged me for the oil change and put the sticker on my windshield but did not actually change the oil or filter. Good thing I double checked. They offered me a free oil change in addition to actually completing this oil change, but I just took a refund. Not sure I want to see how badly they can mess up an actual oil change. They did the alignment and that was fine, for what it's worth.
