They also got me a new transmission 2 weeks faster than what the dealership told me. To my surprise , Aamco was also able to do my brakes while my car was there.thanks again

I have a 1971 Chevrolet C-10 pickup. It is not always easy to find people who are willing to address issues with a 50 year old vehicle. When I discovered oil and transmission fluid under this truck, I took it to AAMCO. Paul was very informative and they provided a complete diagnosis of the problems and detailed what the cost would be to fix - bad pump seal in transmission and leaking gaskets. They also found an issue inside the engine and called me to discuss a repair prior to proceeding. When I picked the truck up and brought it home, there was still a leak and I called AAMCO. Paul was very accommodating and I returned the vehicle at which time they found a faulty gasket (from their supplier) as well as another issue (seal on transmission shifter shaft) and fixed it - for no additional charge.
