Alex was very communicative the whole way through. I hired him to do a PPI. After he completed it, he was very quick to send me the report, and he opted to call me as well to give me the rundown because I couldn't be there physically for it. From what I heard, he was also pleasant with the seller of the car. It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
