We had a tree come down in the snow storm over Christmas and crack a sliding bathroom window. These guys were great!! I took the window into the shop and they measured the glass unit, ordered a replacement, then called me about a week later to let me know it was in. I took the frame back in and they swapped the glass out in about 15 min while I played with their awesome dog! All told it was a great experience and the price was much less than I would have expected!

I've used Bobs a few times and the work has mostly been acceptable. Unfortunately the service is not so friendly. I've sent remodeling clients there for material selections which has had its problems, but I worked through them. The most recent job I had them do turned into a fiasco. The first attempt to install a shower door and Dave broke two tiles didn't bother to tell anybody just continued installing the shower door and left it with two broken tiles. They came back to fix it but gave me the attitude like it was our fault they broke the tile. After I fix the tiles at my own expense they installed the shower door this time crooked and the door would not open and close properly. And again he left it that way until the owners complained and I had him come set it correctly. This time Dave's attitude was even worse. We all make mistakes but when someone makes a series of mistakes and makes their customer feel bad about pointing the mistakes out that's a person I no longer want to do busi

Came out (they were very nice and professional), measured the windows, emailed me a price (price was reasonable), and replaced them when I was gone. Couldn’t have been easier. 100% recommend.
