Horrible service, I took my car in awhile ago.. the secretary was rude, then I was taken advantage of for having my caseworker pay for my car to be fixed so my kids could get to school as well as me. He told me it was a bad thermostat and he replaced but when I got home the car died again: I called immediately after and he said my car died because I plugged my code reader into my car and that he would happily recharge my caseworker for a re diagnostic… how awful, worst experience ever Service: Engine repair

Will continue to trust John with my vehicles! I was having electrical problems with my taillights and was needing my new headlights to be installed. John was very patient with the project and the front desk kept me informed through the entire process. We had multiple issues come up with the back tail lights where we thought it was fixed but when I would leave I would have to bring my truck back in. I do not blame anyone in this because it was just a big pain and we couldn't figure out exactly what was causing it. After 2 days of back and forth John finally found the solution and I couldn't be happier. The price was super budget friendly and my headlights look amazing!!! Thank you so much! I've really enjoyed my experience with John's! They were able to schedule my car in pretty quickly, and had it fixed and ready to be picked up the same day at a super reasonable price. All of the staff I've interacted with have been very friendly and helpful. I really don't know much about cars, and I appreciate how they explain things without making me feel pressured. I'll definitely be recommending them!
