I love the customer service here! I have used this location for years. They always try to be flexible, polite, and look for ways to help you save money!
Truck wouldn't start (just the panicking sound of the starter solenoid clicking) while away from home and without any diagnostic tools. They tested my battery and charging system, which all passed, and saved me the $150 I was about to spend on a new battery. Hopefully it was just a bad connection at the batt terminals. They might not have made the money off the battery sale (although I did end up buying some other stuff), but I'll most definitely be a return customer there. Great customer service! Cheers
