I'm from out of town and my car started acting up. John got my car in right away and assured me that I would be home on time, and thanks to him I was! He fixed my car up in a few hours. I have no knowledge of cars but he showed me all my old parts and explained what he did, which was comforting. He was so understanding and the woman working the counter was just the same. If he was in Portland, he would be the only mechanic I went to.

Passing through Corvallis on trip to Medford. Battery light came on, and I had recently had the alternator replaced at another shop (both shops are part of the TechNet warranty program). Explained my predicament to Brittany over the phone, she said to bring it in right away. Sam (mechanic) diagnosed that the alternator was not working. Brittany spent a good deal of time on the phone getting TechNet approval to cover replacement since it had only been 1 week since initial repair. They were able to get the car fixed and back to me within about 36 hours. Warranty program covered rental car for 2 days. Can't say enough good things about the service, communication, and flexibility they all provided. Brittany, Sam and John were all extremely friendly and helpful.
