My engine light was flashing, and I could hear my engine gurgle. Called AAA, and they gave me three shops. All of these were booked, but G&J said to bring it in and will see it first thing in the morning. I live on the coast, so I would have to stay overnight. They were worried about me, so they tried to check and fix my car immediately. Ron, Randy, and Travis were my superheroes that day. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and sliding me in to ensure I could drive safely home that evening. They also stand by their maintenance. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So I called ask for a quotation (tire replacement) This dude says”78$”(without asking me how many tires I need to replace) I said “including everything?” This dude”yes” But when I pulled up It’s not 78$ It’s 780$ These shady scammers will try to scam you if they perceive you are vulnerable. Instead I went to Firestone and get my tire replaced with a much better and smooth experience.(and a cheaper price) And dude(the white dude at the reception desk), don’t talk to me like that, I don’t own you anything.

I called them yesterday about a part that needed to be replaced before I moved across the country next week, they were all so accommodating and were able to squeeze me in to look at my car the very next day. They got back to me about an hour later and could ship the part that day and replace it. The two guys are the counter even gave me a student discount which was very sweet and were telling me about how my car is in good shape. If I was staying here I would continue to give them my business. Very sweet people at this shop.
