To begin with they charged me 300 dollars to have ANOTHER PERSON weld my door latch together. I was told they would take a look at it when I had signs of a failing torque converter, I was told the transmission is bad and need to be replaced and all I was offered was a new trans replacement quoted at 3500 dollars. Absolute robbery. When I asked if we could rebuild it or if there was a code they found I was simply told they put trans fluid in it and it's still black. AND I PAID FOR EVERY QUART OF TRANS OIL. If you want to pay someone to swap parts on your vehicle, you've found a great place! If you want a mechanic please keep searching. It took them 4 days to do a "trans diag" which I paid 100 dollars for... And they can't even tell me what they've found. I'm new to Oklahoma. I was looking for a mechanic online and I saw Tom's one stop, I chose them because of the reviews and close proximity to where I live. They did work on my two vehicles and I will now use them for all my mechanical problems that may arise in the future. I already consider them family. I brought my truck in for an emissions code and rick took great care of my truck. He got me in same day I called and didn't charge me as much as others quoted me. Definitely recommend!
