The employees were wonderful; however, the cost was almost double that of my normal oil change location. I don't need my floors vacuumed and my windshield washed if it doubles the price. $128 from this business vs. $72 from my normal provider is quite a difference.
They said they vacuum and check fluids etc. They did NOT do that. I checked the windshield fluid and found it nearly empty. And it was discovered my dipstick was broken and they immediately tried to say the last place that changed oil probably broke it and didn’t tell me. They don’t know that. That’s a wild guess and I’m pretty sure that did NOT happen that way because I know the last person who changed it. Regardless it was highly UNprofessional to say that.
Couldn’t ask for better service. They genuinely cared. I’m a widow & they didn’t try to take advantage of me. Fast service too! Will go back & recommend.
