Hibdon Tires Plus

I came in yesterday for service, but walked out without scheduling a thing. After walking in, the store manager began verbally berating one of his employees (who I’ve dealt with in the past - a hard worker, as most of the guys there are, extremely competent and takes the time to explain things) in front of 2 other customers and myself. He was very snappy and talking to this employee as if he was stupid. I walked out rather than being helped, and as I was outside, a different employee came out to apologize to me - which I thought was sad, as the store manager should have been the one apologizing. Once my ride was there, I walked back in with them to give the store manager one last chance to make it right. Instead, he became defensive, did NOT apologize at all, and told me to go somewhere else. And that’s exactly what I did.
