Walmart Auto Care Centers

Walmart is always my go to place for tires and oil changes. Staff at this particular Walmart on the day I went were friendlyish. Service was quickish. What I don't like is being charged for something I wasn't asked if I wanted. Also do not like the fact that when they do not have an item in stock that they cannot or will not contact another walmart and see if they have the product for you. My personal opinion is that is bad customer service. Another guy that was waiting for a tire at the same time as I was told me he had the same problem. So it isn't just me. Just a tip Walmart that might be something to try and fix.

I was overcharged. The manager pretended to correct my ticket but he didn't completely reverse the overcharged. I WON'T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

it's terrible every time i go, i wait for someone to speak to me for 15-20 minutes even when its not busy just horrible customer service every time. they also have people working there that have to idea what they are talking about i get a different price every time when asking for the exact same service as well. do not go here unless you have 4 hours to get one tire changed
