Hibdon Tires Plus

Laura and James (service managers, I think) were both outstanding in helping me navigate my silver rock warranty claim. Silver rock gave me so many issues but Laura and James at hibdon helped me navigate the process seamlessly. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here

I had some wheels and tires that were already mounted and balanced shipped to hibdon. All they had to do was install them, and I was going to get an alignment done as well. I showed up at 1pm, and they pulled my truck in about 5 minutes later. It took them almost 3 hours just to install 4 wheels. It's ridiculous, if I would have known they were gonna be that slow I would have done it myself and saved $50. The only extra service I asked was to check one of my old tires for a leak. But they were unable to do this "due to sidewall wear" It took about 30 minutes to get the first wheel on, (I thought this was because they were doing the leak test) then I went on a walk through the Car dealerships next door, and came back about 45 minutes later and they had the rear 2 tires on, after this I told them to cancel the alignment I was going to get, then about another hour later I finally get my keys.

The only thing that keeps me from giving a "10" on the scores is the price. Everything is just so expensive now, and most things I can do without--but not tires. I must have good tires on my truck. Also the alignment. It was done superbly! I am very pleased with the service and the quality tires that I purchased, and the alignment .
