Walmart Auto Care Centers

My girlfriend took my car in for an oil change the last time it was due. I went ahead and decided to do it myself in my driveway. When I pulled the oil drain plug I had a hard time getting it off and when I finally did they had put a helicoil on a smaller bolt to get it to fit. They stripped out my old bolt and ruined the threads in my oil pan plug hole and patched it up. I work in the diesel automotive industry and would never do a customer like this. Do not come here for automotive work of any kind.

I ordered & paid for a tire online and scheduled a tire installation appt. here. They brought me the wrong brand of tire and two hours later told me that my car had locking lug nuts that prevented them from changing my tire. They were confused and didn't seem to know who was in charge of what. They were super friendly though. Very nice guys that assisted me in the beginning of my visit.

Prices for oil changes are ok, tires are a little high, however the wait can be stupid long and make you spend more money waiting, lol!!!!
