I just want to say service is above and beyond. I just PCS’d to Ft Sill truck wasnt pushing air like it should. Brought it into Redd’s they found the problem which they informed me dealership would need to fix due to warranty. I appreciate seeing other shops could have ripped me off. I will add seeing the team took time to diagnosed I was not charged but owner explained they use these situations to teach their technicians. It’s nice to know the ability yo increase knowledge and maintain good relationship with customer even if money was not made speaks loads. I will be back for sure seeing this is a trustworthy shop and team! Keep it up!!
