My 2010 Toyota Highlander was leaking coolant and found out it was the Heater Core, a pretty lengthy repair. I came here because it was a very reasonable price for the repair ($1,135 w/ materials). I was also referred here from other mechanic shops nearby. Brought it in and Jim actually looked into the issue fully and took his time (unlike Redds Automotive Repair). Over the last few years I have brought my vehicles in for repair and have never had any issues. I recently went into DnJ because autozone recommend I go there to help add coolant to my vehicle because they were unable to reach where they needed. The man I spoke with at DnJ was clearly annoyed with my presence and clearly didnt want to help. He did take a quick look at my vehicle, but had an overall bad attitude. He said I probably had several things wrong with my vehicle and that I needed to have it checked at a later date without asking when to schedule an appointment to have it looked at. I unfortunately will not be returning or recommending. I suggest working on customer service skills. Would also recommend that autozone mention a different business for customers who need a helping hand.
