I had several problems with a rack--n- pinion assembly that was defective from the supplier. Twice Mike's Automotive replaced it under warranty from a local maret supplier; including a third replacement from the Ford Manufacturer. They absorbed the cost of all labor at great expense to themselves. I've had vehicles worked on for over 55 years and have never had a Automotive experience like I have with Mike's Automotive. They are loyal and committed to their customers 100 %. They are so friendly and helpful throughout the process. I recommend all my friends there . They are the greatest. I brought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in due the check engine light. I received some of the best customer service here. They were kind and explained the issues with my vehicle very well. I think I’ve found my new mechanic shop. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve used their services a few times now and I always leave satisfied and feeling like I got a fair deal for good work. They’ve never tried to slip in extra charges or charge for work that wasn’t agreed upon. I wouldn’t say that their prices are super low, but I will say their prices are more than fair. They are able to fix nearly any issue you have same day and they offer transportation to and from your house so you’re not stuck there waiting. I really like how they’ve treated me and I would recommend them to everyone.
