car was in the shop for a replacement engine I appreciate Jeremy the service guy . he kept me inform on the time my car will be in the shop , when i can pick my baby up

I came in for a free recall fix. When I got the vehicle back, 3 of 4 tires had low pressure with the annunciator illuminated. The rear windshield wiper was also non-operational. This is now a known fault with the update. I asked them to fix it because the vehicle didn't come in like that. The vehicle was returned back to me with the annunciator light extinguished but it came back on after I took the vehicle home. I suspect they merely disconnected the battery to reset the annunciator light temporarily, rather than fixing the issue. I returned the vehicle for another fix. I was called a "damned liar," my tone of voice was mocked, and the technician joked about leaving my brakes loose. I will release the video of this encounter after legal review. I don't usually post reviews but I think customers need to be warned to avoid this location, even for free service like recall or warranty services. They did not deal with my situation with honesty.
