Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation had a scheduled appointment service guy was good got me in and out.
They were amazing! Love my new Tuscon. Thank you for all the work to make sure I got just what I wanted.
Got ripped off. My credit was too good. I wanted to change my purchase from the small Kona, to the larger Tucson. The salesperson told me that although we signed the contract the day prior, my loan was approved, therefore requiring the change to be a NEW sale of a NEW trade-in. This caused two hits on my credit for the same transaction, lost my down payment, as well as lost equity in the Kona; simply because the dealership wanted credit for two different sales transactions. This seriously hurt financially. ???? . I purchased two vehicles previously and had all intentions to trade my current Santa Fe in for a Palisade. I'll never shop here again. They lost a repeat customer for life.
