Avoid the dealership. These guys are awesome. I know the work that needs done is getting done and done right. I have 2 vehicles that they have serviced, and each experience there was ample communication regarding the progress of the work and transparent explanation of cost. This past job was quoted higher than it ended up being, and they were honest about that. I am very grateful to have a place I can trust. Highly recommend.

Had some major repairs needed suddenly and oxford got me in the same day and had everything done by the next morning for less than what I was expecting. I'm not used to such one on one customer service. Thanks to everyone their for a top notch service.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for my Ford Edge. They were ready for me and completed the service quickly. They did not try to add extra things like the quick oil change places. They did point out needed services for a later date. Very professional and courteous. The waiting area is fantastic with snacks drinks.
