Appointment was at 10am, got there at 9:30 and they got me right in, done by 10:30, great service and the aftermarket catback exhaust installed sounds awesome, good pricing for the work too. 2 years later they just installed a aftermarket downpipe, again the service and timing was great even with encountering issues on the main studs (which the showed me when I picked the car up), the car now sounds like an absolute monster and this totally exceeded my expectations, hands down any exhaust work you need done, especially aftermarket, this is the place to go to! Absolutely 100% recommend using this shop. Front desk was friendly. The techs were too and the shop had a good atmosphere. Ted diagnosed my broken pipe creating the loud ROAR (NOISE) and offered a solution. No kidding I was in and out in 40 minutes. Cost me substantially less than the big name shops trying to pressure me into thinking there’s a total disaster that costs thousands and I frankly don’t have funds to allocate for a chain operations profit. In my opinion these technicians are skilled craftsmen and from my experience take pride in their work. I overheard some shop chatter and it was strictly professional and related to the work they were performing. I recommend Flowtek to anyone.
