I’m not sure if these guys are mechanics or magicians!! My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon. I sent a appointment request through the website before the tow truck showed up Don had emailed me saying he would follow up with me on Monday when the shipped opened back up. On Monday I had a quote for the work that included all of the taxes, labor, fees, etc. Casey was super helpful and didn’t ask for payment or anything at that time. I told him that I had a loaner and wasn’t in a rush to get the vehicle back. He said he would have me back on the road by the end of the week. Sure enough it was Thursday when I got a message that my vehicle was ready to go. I picked it up and paid the exact dollar amount Casey had told me earlier that week. The whole process was smooth and transparent. Casey even explained to me what the issues was. I have never had an auto maintenance/repair experience that was so pleasant. Simply put they need to listen to their customers. Some of us do actually know what we are talking about. After the first phone call I revived saying “my leak in my car was from a door seal etc” I explained to them that upon making my appoint I told them the issue, I already diagnosed the issue I need them to fix it. I’m then told they would have to charge me to figure out the issue. Again I’ve already told you the issue you said you would confirm and if you couldn’t repair it that I would be referred to the water doctor. So now I’m told there will be even more fees, after a little back and forth they did say they would check further without additional charges, I’m then called back and told “oh we were wrong it’s not a seal, it’s definitely coming from the dash like you said, oh but it’s gonna be $300 more for us to diagnose it, again I’ve told you the issue there is nothing to diagnose. I finally told them to do no more work and and headed to pay $300 for an oil change and then

Probably the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a repair facility. I live on the westside, but work out here. I will definitely plan my repairs around my work schedule. Honest guys and you can tell they care about the customers, even if it is only a small repair. Service: Tires
