Bill’s Towing responded quickly to my towing call. The tow driver was ver nice , polite, helpful and professional. He suggested Bill’s Auto Service for my repairs. He called the station and they quickly responded with YES they can see my car. They gave me a loaner and I was on my way in no time. This was towards end of day on Thursday. They promptly responded Friday morning with a diagnosis and cost estimate. They repaired my car quickly and I picked up my car on Friday afternoon. I can say they were very reasonable very friendly and helpful. I will be using them for the service of my car. It is hard to find a good mechanic that is honest and trustworthy. I’ve found my place. I would not recommend this place because they tried to sell me thousands of dollars worth of repairs that were not necessary. They misdiagnosed several components in my car and had outrageous prices. I went to two other mechanic shops who completely disagreed with Bill's testing/conclusions and confirmed that my car was not in need of repairs. Typical car mechanic shysters at this joint! Bills has done repairs and maintenance for me several times and has always done a terrific job. I really liked the way they kept me informed about what they were seeing so that I could get all the needed repairs done at one time. They do great work at a fair price.
