NTB-National Tire & Battery

I went to NTB because my tire pressure light was on. I got there 5 minutes before closing. The employees were patient with me and checked my tires. The back left tire pressure was at 13. I asked if they could help me with it. They couldn't find the leak but took my car in the garage and lifted the back. There was a nail in my tire. They took the nail out an plugged my tire. Excellent service. They took their time and I wasn't rushed. I highly recommend NTB and will be going back.

Would highly recommend, excellent customer service regardless of tire purchase price. My second car has economy tires purchased here for a very good price. Recently had puncture during cold spell and it was repaired within 20 minutes.

Having a flat tire can certainly be a stressful and inconvenient experience, but N.T.B in Hilliard made the process of getting my punctured tire fixed and back in service in no time. I called and talked to Bart who was able to get me in the same day. I ended up being able to stay and wait while they worked, which took no more than 25 minutes. Every staff member was polite, friendly, and conversational. Chas and Josh were also exceptional. For my first ever flat tire, N.T.B made my experience easy and low stress, including without breaking the bank.
