I had my car towed here Thursday at the Hilliard location. Took it in, I was told I had a transmission censor circuit problem. So I was nervous thinking I had to spend a lot of money for transmission. Well when I first called to check up on it I was getting nervous, because Tyler the manager stated that all types of codes were coming up. So my car was kept over the weekend. Thanks to Tyler and his crew continued to research the problem and found out it wasn't my transmission it was my rear light driver side had a crack so water got through the cracks and burned out the bulbs, which somehow was connected to the transmission electric unit. I am so glad I took my car here. I thank Tyler for his honest and taking the time to see what the main issue was. He could of charged me for a new transmission. My car needed an oil change, and I'd gotten a Groupon for here, not knowing how wonderful a place it is! The car also needed other work done (brakes and tires) and they helped with financing options and were able to complete all the work in a day. Highly recommend!
